摘要
挫折教育是当今心理健康教育的一个重要组成部分,是学校素质教育的重点之一。高职生遭遇挫折的因素是复杂而多样化的,主要包括学业、家庭、人际关系、性格、社会期望和情感问题。针对高职学生的挫折教育现状进行调查,结合其个性特点进行分析,提出高职生挫折教育的应对策略。
Frustration education is an important part of mental health education nowadays,and it is one of the key points of quality education.The factors of frustration for vocational college students are complex and diverse,mainly including academics,family,interpersonal relationship,personality,social expectations and emotional problems.According to the investigation of frustration education of higher vocational students,combining with the analysis of their personality characteristics,this paper puts forward the coping strategies of frustration education for higher vocational students.
