On the Ideological and Political Education Strategy for the Tibet Students in the Mainland——A Case Study

通过群体特征比较及现实问题分析,从人文环境、育人理念、教育平台和教师队伍四方面提出相应策略,立足实际,探索内地西藏生培养方式及策略,进一步丰富我国内地高校西藏生培养的实践理论。

Through the comparison and analysis of the practical problems of group characteristics,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies from the aspects of humanistic environment,educational concept,educational platform and teaching faculty on the basis of the reality.It also explores the mainland Tibet students'training methods and strategies,in order to further enrich the practical cultivating theories for the Tibet students in the mainland universities.
