摘要
无论从专业建设、现代学徒制试点推进还是工艺传承、特色打造的视角,当前各职业院校均不同程度地开展了技能大师工作室建设,通过现状调研,从工作室的成立、管理和运行三个方面提出了思考和建议。
In terms of professional construction,modern apprenticeship pilot promotion,craft heritage or characteristic creation,vocational schools all carry out the skilled master studio construction to some extent.Through the research of the current situation,the author puts forward thinking and suggestions from the aspects of the establishment,management and operation of the studio.
