根据市场调研情况，从公路行业工程建设发展实际出发，分析了工程测量实训课程教学的现状，针对教学中的实际问题，从选用教材、设置实训项目、考核方式、加强教师队伍建设等方面，提出了教学改革方向，并在实际应用中取得了一定成效。

Based on market investigation and highway industry construction development situation,this paper analyzes the teaching situation of《Engineering Survey Practical Training》course,and in point view of real problems in teaching,puts forward teaching reform direction from course selection,practical item setting,evaluation method and teacher-team construction.Practice effect is very good.
