浅谈中国特色公民意识培育模式建构

Preliminary Discussion On the Construction of Cultivating Model of Citizen Consciousness with Chinese Characteristics

分析了我国公民意识培育存在的问题，包括主体意识培育存在偏差，忽视公民责任意识的培育，公民缺乏参与政治生活的热情和道德意识有待提高。阐述了通过建立与公民意识相协调的社会主义市场经济体制、增强集体主义、增强公民参与政治生活的意识、建立系统化、规范化的公民道德培育模式和理性对待传统文化，这五个方面建构具有中国特色的公民意识培育模式。

At present,China's socialist cause is booming,and the task established by our society is to establish civil society,which requires the construction of a model of citizen consciousness cultivation with Chinese characteristics.This paper analyzes the problems of civil consciousness cultivation in our country,including deviations in subject consciousness cultivation,ignoring the citizen responsibility consciousness cultivation,citizens'lack of enthusiasm to participate in political life,moral awareness needing to be improved and other major issues.Therefore,we must establish a socialist market economic system that is in harmony with civic consciousness,strengthen the collectivism,enhance the consciousness of citizen participation in political life,establish systematic and standardized citizen moral cultivation pattern,and treat traditional culture rationally to construct the civil consciousness of cultivating mode with Chinese characteristics.
