概述公安部常备维和警队成立背景,分析其职责任务,总结警队组建和培训经验,构建适用于警队特殊能力需求,涵盖派遣前培训、技能专业培训、岗位实践培训、待命复训,相互衔接、互为补充的综合培训模式,提出有利于建立输出常备警队培训的"中国模式"、服务国家总体外交及安全战略、助力公安国际执法合作事业等常备维和警队培训体系构建的重要意义。

This essay concludes the background of the setup of China’s Standby FPU,and defines its detailed duties.Based on the experience of the setup and training of Standby FPU,this essay tries to put forward a systematic training model for Standby FPU,made up of pre-deployment training,specialized training,post-oriented training and standby retraining,in order to satisfy the special need of standby FPU.Meanwhile,this essay also points out the significance of setting a standby peacekeeping force training system for popularizing China’s Standby FPU peacekeeping training model,serving China’s overall diplomatic and security strategy,and promoting international law enforcement cooperation.
