摘要
在油气输送中,凹陷变形是比较常见且严重影响管道运行安全的缺陷。根据国内外设计标准分析管道凹陷的判断依据,并基于目前国际上通用的凹陷评价方法归纳出三种评价方法:基于应变评价方法、剩余强度计算方法和凹陷疲劳计算。利用有限元ANSYS软件模拟分析X60在6%OD变形下的组织和应力。
In the oil and gas transport,the deformation of dents is common and seriously affecting the safety of the pipeline.In this paper,according to the domestic and international design standards,the judgment basis of the pipeline is analyzed.Three current international common methods of evaluating the dents of pipeline are summarized:strain evaluation,residual strength calculation and dent fatigue calculation.Finally,the finite element ANSYS software is used to simulate the microstructure and stress of X60under6%OD deformation.
