步进电机在钩舌堆焊机中的应用

摘要 车钩是机车中车厢的关键连接部件,起着传递牵引力、制动力和缓冲的作用,其完好性对列车的安全运行至关重要。钩舌是车钩的重要组成部件,在日常使用中钩舌的磨损量很大,必须要修复才能使用。传统的钩舌焊条电弧焊对焊等修复方法难以满足钩舌的质量要求,为此设计了步进电机驱动钩舌自动堆焊机的方案,并以单片机为基础,软硬件结合完成了电机的脉冲驱动控制系统,此方法能够完成钩舌的高质量修复。 Coupler is a key connecting component of locomotive,playing the role of transmission of traction and braking force and cushioning.Keeping it intact is significantly important to train safely running.Knuckle is an important accessory of coupler,being abrading severely in service.Only being repaired,can it be reused.Because traditional manul arc welding and other methods can not meet quality requirement of knuckle.The treatise design knuckle welding machine drived by stepper motor,and complete pulse driving and controlling system of motor by SCM and combination of software and hardware.The method complete high quality repair of knuckle.
