摘要
09MnNiDR在国内某MTO装置中应用于低温乙烯球罐。结合球罐的建造特点,成功研制了09MnNiDR球罐全位置焊用W707DRQ焊条,并对其焊接接头进行系列试验。在较大焊接线能量下,焊接工艺性能较佳,焊接接头力学性能优良,确保了球罐焊接质量。分析W707DRQ焊条特性,研究焊缝金属低裂纹敏感性及焊接线能量对焊接接头低温冲击吸收能的影响,为将来建造高参数的球罐提供了较好的参考。
09MnNiDR steel is used in low temperature ethylene spherical tank in a MTO plant in China.Combining with the construction characteristics of the spherical tank,the W707DRQ electrode used for09MnNiDR spherical tank is successfully developed,and a series of tests are conducted on its welded joints.Using larger welding heat input,the welding technology performance is better and the mechanical property of welded joints is excellent,which guarantees the welding quality of spherical tank.The characteristics of W707DRQ electrode are introduced,and the effect of weld metal low crack sensitivity and welding heat input on the mechanical properties of welded joints is also studied,which provides reference for the construction of09MnNiDR steel spherical tank with high parameters in the future.
