十二氢十二硼酸盐与推进剂组分的相容性 被引量:3

Compatibility of Dodecahydrododecaborate with Propellants Ingredients

摘要 采用感度测试仪、密度分析仪和热重分析仪对3种十二氢十二硼酸盐:十二氢十二硼酸钾(BH-1),十二氢十二硼酸双N-甲基乌洛托品盐(BH-2)和十二氢十二硼酸双三氨基胍盐(BH-3)的物理性质进行了研究;并采用差示扫描量热仪对3种十二氢十二硼酸盐与4种常见推进剂组分(黏合剂、交联剂、增塑剂和高能填料)的相容性进行了研究。结果表明,3种十二氢十二硼酸盐密度均为1.2g/cm3,且对撞击和摩擦较为钝感;在500℃以下,3种十二氢十二硼酸盐与黏合剂(HTPB和PET)、固化剂(N-100和TDI)和增塑剂(DOS和A3)相容性好,但十二氢十二硼酸盐/RDX二元混合物分解反应峰温比各单独化合物的分解反应峰温降低12.7~37.5℃,会引发RDX和样品的提前分解,BH-2和BH-3与AP相容性较差,不适于在此类推进剂中使用。 The physical properties of three kinds of dodecahydrododecaborates,dipotassium dodecahydrododecaborate(BH1),bis(N methylurotropinium)dodecahydrododecaborate(BH2),bis(triaminoguanidinium)dodecahydrododecaborate(BH3),were studied by sensitivity test instrument,density analyzer and thermogravimetric analysis,and the compatibility of three kinds of dodecahydrododecaborates with four kinds of common propellant components(binders,curing agents,plasticizers and high energy fillers)was systematically investigated by DSC.The results show that the densities of three kinds of dodecahydrododecaborates are1.2g/cm3and they are insensitive to impact and friction.Under500℃,three kinds of dodecahydrododecaborates have good compatibility with the binders(HTPB and PET),curing agents(N100and TDI),plasticizers(DOS and A3),but compared with individal compounds,the decomposition peak temperature of binary mixtures of dodecahydrododecaborates and RDX decreases by12.7-37.5℃,leading to earlier decomposition of RDX and sample,while BH2and BH3have poor compatibility with AP,they are not suitable for use in such propellants.
