摘要
以焦化废水为处理对象,研究投加有机营养剂对系统生化处理能力的提升效果和菌群结构变化。试验组和对照组2组反应器平行运行以进行对比,生化能力提升后的焦化废水生化系统的CODCr平均去除率为85.1%,对照组为81.9%,提高了3.2%。增效后NH3-N平均去除率为79.5%,对照组为71.3%,提高了8.2%。采用高通量测序对好氧池活性污泥进行分析,结果表明:系统的优势菌群为变形菌纲(Proteobacteria)、硝化螺菌纲(Nitrospira)和未分类菌纲(Unclassified),试验组较对照组具有较高的菌群丰度和多样性。
Taking coking wastewater as the research object,the effect of adding organic nutrient on the capability promotion of biochemical treatment system and the changes of its bacterial community structure were studied.Two reactors of trial group and control group were operated in parallel for comparison,the results showed that,the average removal rates of CODCr and ammonia nitrogen in the effluent water from the promoted coking wastewater biochemical treatment system were85.1%and79.5%respectively,which were increased by3.2%and8.2%compared to the control group(81.9%and71.3%).Pyrosequencing analysis of the sludge in aerobic tank showed that,Proteobacteria,Nitrospira and Unclassified were the dominant strains in the biochemical system.Compared to the control group,the trial group had higher species abundance and diversity.
