AP1000核电机组凝结水箱中铁离子超标分析与处理

摘要 凝结水水质对延长热力系统使用寿命,防止热力系统结垢、腐蚀、积盐意义重大。对某AP1000核电机组凝结水箱中铁离子浓度超标进行分析,认为凝结水箱进出水管道的碳钢材质腐蚀是导致铁离子浓度超标的原因。将其更换为不锈钢材质后,能够有效地控制凝结水箱中的铁离子浓度。 Good condensed water quality is of great significance to extend thermodynamic system service life and avoid scaling,corrosion,and salification.Over-standard problem of iron ion in condensation tank of AP1000nuclear power unit was analyzed,it was considered that corrosion of condensation tank inlet and outlet pipe which made of carbon steel was the reason caused the above problem.Replacing carbon steel pipe with stainless steel pipe could effectively control iron ion concentration in condensation tank.
