摘要
针对PTA废水COD_(Cr)浓度高、温度高、p H值变化大、处理难度大的特点,设计采用预处理-UASB厌氧-二级好氧生化工艺进行处理。介绍了处理工艺流程及其特点,给出了主要构筑物设计参数及投资和运行成本。工程运行结果表明:在进水COD_(Cr)质量浓度为5 000~7 000 mg/L时,出水COD_(Cr)去除率达99.2%以上,各项指标优于GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准。该工艺能够有效回收TA颗粒,具有技术成熟可靠、运行管理简单、耐冲击负荷强、出水水质稳定、运行成本低等特点。
According to the characteristics of PTA wastewater such as high CODCr concentration,high temperature,large variation of pH value,hard to be treated,and so on,pretreatment-UASB anaerobic-two stage aerobic biochemical process was adopted for its treatment.The flow and features of the said process was introduced with the design parameters of main structures as well as the investment and operation cost put forward at the same time.The engineering operation results showed that,when the mass concentration of CODCr in the influent water was5000-7000mg/L,the removal rate of CODCr reached above99.2%,every index was superior to the requirement of grade1in GB8978-1996Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.The said process could effectively recycle TA particles,which was mature and reliable,and had characteristics of easy operation and management,strong shock resistance,steady effluent water quality,low operation cost and so on.
