摘要
针对安徽某中学1 000 m3/d的废水处理工程进水水质水量变化大、现场场地有限、除磷要求高等问题,设计采用两级生物流化床(MBBR)与化学除磷工艺进行处理,介绍了该工程的工艺流程和主要工艺参数以及运行效果等。工程运行结果表明,出水最终达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中一级排放标准。该工艺耐负荷冲击、操作运行简单、维护成本低、占地省。
In view of the fact that,the1000m3/d scale wastewater treatment project of a middle school of Anhui province has many problems such as:the quality and quantity of the influent water changes greatly,the space for building is limited,the phosphorus removal requirement is high,and so on,two stage MBBR-chemical dephosphorization process was adopted.The process flow and the main technical parameters of the said project as well as the operation effect were introduced.The operation results of the project showed that,the effluent water quality finally met the requirement of grade1in GB8978-1996Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.The said process has the following advantages:resistant to shock loading,easy to manipulate and operate,low maintenance cost,and saving areas.
