《巢湖流域城镇污水处理厂和工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》研究 被引量:4

Study on Discharge Limits of Major Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants and Industries in the Chaohu Basin

摘要 通过概述新发布的安徽省地方标准DB 34/2710—2016《巢湖流域城镇污水处理厂和工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》中城镇污水处理厂控制项目与排放限值等规定,重点对该标准与相关国家标准和其他省市地方标准进行比较分析,并对达到该标准的工艺技术经济性进行分析。对巢湖流域内已实施升级改造的4座污水处理厂运行成本分析表明,从GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A升级到本标准,平均处理成本增加了0.18元/t,巢湖流域内应用最广泛的氧化沟工艺达到新标准的平均处理成本为0.52元/t。 Based on the rules about project control and discharge limits of urban sewage treatment plants specified in local standard of Anhui province DB34/2710-2016Discharge Limits of Major Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants and Industries in the Chaohu Basin,the difference among the said standard,related national standards and local standards of other provinces were comparatively analyzed,besides,the economical efficiency of those technologies which could satisfy the requirement of the said standard were also analyzed.The operational cost of the4sewage treatment plants which had been reconstructed for upgrading indicated that,the average sewage treatment cost was increased by0.18yuan/t when implementing the above standard to replace grade1level A of GB18918-2002Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants.To reach the new standard,the average treatment cost of the most wildly applied oxidation ditch process in Chaohu basin was0.52yuan/t.
