摘要
改革开放以来,我国的经济社会发展迅猛,然而环境问题日渐突出。装配式建筑因为在可持续发展上面所具有的优势,正在引起业内人士的注意。BIM技术,作为未来发展潜力巨大的技术之一,也有着传统技术所不具备的优势。文章简要地概述了BIM技术的背景,基于装配式建筑过程中的几个主要的工作阶段,分析BIM技术在主要几个工作阶段中的具体应用价值。
As one of giant technology with prospective development,BIM technology possesses the superiority comparing with translating technologies.The paper introduces briefly the background of BIM technology,and the major engineering stages in prefabricated building process,and analyses the application of BIM technology to several mayor engineering stages.
