摘要 目的探讨微波辅助萃取石上柏穗花杉双黄酮的工艺优化。方法采用微波辅助萃取,以穗花杉双黄酮的提取率为指标,考察提取溶剂、固液比、微波功率、提取时间、提取温度对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳工艺条件为采用95%乙醇提取溶剂,固液比为1∶15(g/m L),微波功率500 w,提取时间为40 min,提取温度为50℃。结论该方法节省时间、节约能量、提取效率高、控制方便。 ObjectiveTo study the process optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of amentoflavone from Selaginella doederleinii.MethodsThe factors on the yield of amentoavone were investigated,including extract solvent,extraction times,solid to liquid ratio,microwave power,extraction time and extraction temperature.ResultsThe best extraction conditions were as follows:95%ethanol for extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio of1∶15(g/mL),microwave power of500W,microwave extraction time of40min,temperature of50℃.ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate and efficient for the extraction of amentoflavone from Selaginella doederleinii.
