摘要
目的探讨微波辅助萃取石上柏穗花杉双黄酮的工艺优化。方法采用微波辅助萃取,以穗花杉双黄酮的提取率为指标,考察提取溶剂、固液比、微波功率、提取时间、提取温度对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳工艺条件为采用95%乙醇提取溶剂,固液比为1∶15(g/m L),微波功率500 w,提取时间为40 min,提取温度为50℃。结论该方法节省时间、节约能量、提取效率高、控制方便。
ObjectiveTo study the process optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of amentoflavone from Selaginella doederleinii.MethodsThe factors on the yield of amentoavone were investigated,including extract solvent,extraction times,solid to liquid ratio,microwave power,extraction time and extraction temperature.ResultsThe best extraction conditions were as follows:95%ethanol for extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio of1∶15(g/mL),microwave power of500W,microwave extraction time of40min,temperature of50℃.ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate and efficient for the extraction of amentoflavone from Selaginella doederleinii.
