摘要
随着基因用于癌症治疗研究进展,寻找安全、有效载体将目的基因高效准确运送至癌症部位,成为制剂学研究的重点。本文通过归纳总结近年国内外的文献报道,对PLGA的纳米基因载体用于癌症治疗进行综述性研究。探讨PLGA纳米粒作为癌症治疗基因载体的潜在临床应用价值,期望对PLGA纳米基因载药系统的应用有更深层次的了解。结果显示PLGA是一种极具潜力的纳米粒基因载体材料,用于制备基因载体,具有极大的应用价值,且被广泛应用于癌症治疗实验研究中。
As the gene is used for cancer treatment research,it is a key point to find safe and effective vectors to accurately transport the target genes to cancer sites.We summarized recent reports about the potential clinical application value of PLGA[poly(lactic-co-glycolicacid)]nanoparticles as cancer gene carriers and provided a deeper understanding of the application of PLGA nano-gene carrier system.PLGA as a kind of biodegradable material is of great application value in terms of delivering anti-cancer genes,the PLGA nanoparticle carrier is widely used in experimental study of cancer gene therapy and also expected to bring hope for human cancer treatment.
