摘要
通过脉冲旁路耦合电弧MIG焊方法,选用4043铝合金焊丝作为填充材料获得铝材与镀锌钢板的熔钎焊接头,将成形较好的接头在270,350℃下进行退火处理,使用电化学腐蚀试验仪器对退火前后接头的腐蚀性能进行测量.通过SEM,EDS等材料分析方法对退火及腐蚀前后接头的元素分布及接头界面金属间化合物的变化进行分析.结果表明,焊后退火导致铝/钢接头界面的金属元素发生了均匀扩散,退火温度的升高使得接头的耐腐蚀性能下降.
Dissimilar metal joint between aluminum alloy and galvanized steel was made by pulsed DE-GMAW with ER4043 aluminum alloy wire. The joints with good weld morphology were annealed at 270 ℃ and 350 ℃,and the corrosion properties of joints after annealing were measured and analyzed with an electrochemical corrosion instrument. SEM and EDS were used to analyze the elemental distribution in the joints and the evolution of intermetallic compounds at the interface before and after annealing. The results indicated that after annealing,the alloying elements in the interface uniformly diffused,and the corrosion performance of welded joint decreased with the increase of annealing temperature.
