基于专利服务的京津冀知识产权协同发展建议

Suggestions on the Cooperative Development of Intellectual Property in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based on Patent Service

京津冀协同发展是国家的重大战略,其发展从根本上讲要靠创新驱动,而知识产权在创新驱动发展战略的实施过程中占有十分重要的地位。专利服务是知识产权的重要保障因素之一,本文通过比较京津冀三地的专利服务水平,分析了三地专利服务上所存在的差距,并从专利服务上对京津冀知识产权的协同发展提出了几点建议。

T he coordinated development of B eijing-T ianjin-H ebei region is a major strategy of the country,and its developmentdepends on innovation.Intellectual property plays a very important role in the implementation of innovation-driven developmentstrategy and patent service is one of the important guarantee factors of intellectual property.T his paper comparespatent service level of B eijing,T ianjin and H ebei,analyzes the gaps between the three areas,and puts forward some suggestionsfor the cooperative development of intellectual property in B eijing-T ianjin-H ebei region.
