The cost estimate of highway project relates to technology,policy and some dynamic factors.This paper analyzes the impact of price,land acquisition,quotas,loan interest and other factors on the budget of highway engineering construction,mainly expounds the change of price and policy,so as to provide a reference for the preparation and control of highway construction project budget.
