摘要
随着社会经济的发展,国有企业传统的人员培训方式已无法满足企业发展的需要。本文对国有企业人员工作现状进行了简要分析,并就如何有效开展国有企业员工培训工作提出了建议。
With the development of society and economy,traditional personnel training methods of state-owned enterprises cannot meet the needs of enterprise development.This paper briefly analyzes the disadvantage of traditional personnel training methods and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the personnel training of state-owned enterprises.
