摘要
采用超声相控阵导波B和纵波C扫描成像技术对具有不同腐蚀坑缺陷的板材试块进行检测,并基于超声导波B和纵波C扫描成像对缺陷进行定位和定量分析。实验结果显示两种成像方式均能实现腐蚀缺陷的有效检测和定量评价,且相比于传统超声测厚检测技术具有更高的效率和精度。超声相控阵导波B扫描技术适用于探头无法布置于扫描区域的情形,而超声相控阵纵波C扫描技术可实现探头扫描区域的快速成像。两者结合使用可实现板材腐蚀缺陷的全面、有效检测和评价,对铁路车辆板材腐蚀的检测或监测具有重要借鉴意义。
The guided wave B-scan and longitudinal wave C-scan imaging technique of phased array ultrasonic are used for the evaluation of corrosion in a steel plate.Multiple corrosion pits in the steel plate are located and quantitatively analyzed based on the B-scan and C-scan imaging.The results show that both methods can be used to test and evaluate the corrosion in the plate effectively,and compared with the traditional thickness measurement method using ultrasonic,they have higher accuracy and efficiency.It is shown that the guided wave B-scan technique is suitable for testing the corrosion when the transducer can not scan the flaw directly,while the longitudinal C-scan technique can be used to provide fast scan imaging.By combining both scan technique,the corrosion in the plate can be detected comprehensively and effectively.The research can provide a reference for the testing or monitoring of corrosion.
