基于有限元法的兆瓦级风电机组塔筒静强度分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了保证塔筒具有足够的强度和刚度,从而保证兆瓦级风力发电机组即使在恶劣的环境中也能够安全稳定运行,笔者采用新一代数字化产品开发系统UG NX软件建立了塔筒的有限元模型,并采用风电装用载荷计算仿真工具GH Bladed软件得到了塔筒顶部中心的极限载荷,从而进行了塔筒静强度分析计算,并分析探讨了塔筒应力分布、塔筒壁厚、塔筒门框等问题,为风力发电机组塔筒设计和优化提供了依据。 In order to ensure that the tower has enough strength and rigidity and the MW-class wind turbine is safe and stable,this paper establishes finite element model of tower using UG NX software,gets the limit load of tower using GH Bladed software,and the static strength of the tower is calculated.It discusses stress distribution of the tower,thickness of the tower wall,and the stress in the tower door.All of these offers some tips for designing and optimizing the tower.
