摘要
以开发高精度超声波倒车雷达系统为研究目标,采用STC89C52RC单片机为核心控制器,配合使用HC-SR04超声波测距模块,实现超声波测距功能。为了提高测距精度,采用DS18B20温度传感器补偿环境温度变化对超声波传播速度的影响。使用LED数码管显示测距结果,并使用语音播报模块ISD1700实现距离数据的语音播报,改善了用户使用体验。该系统可以精确测定0.002~2.5 m范围内的距离参数,在0.5 m以内误差小于20 mm,0.5~2.5 m内误差小于50 mm。
Taking the development of high-precision ultrasonic reversing radar system as the research goal,the ultrasonic ranging function is realized by using STC89C52RC single chip microcomputer as the core controller and using HC-SR04ultrasonic ranging module.In order to improve the measurement accuracy,DS18B20temperature sensor is used to compensate the influence of temperature change on the speed of ultrasonic wave propagation.To improve user experience,digital tube is used to display ranging results and voice broadcast module ISD1700is used to realize the voice broadcast of distance data.The system can accurately determine the distance parameters in the range of0.002~2.5m,the error is less than20mm within0.5m and the error of0.5~2.5m is less than50mm.
