大学毕业生就业创业效率对策研究——以集宁师范学院学生为例

A Study on the Countermeasures to Promote the Employment Efficiency of University Graduates——A Case Study of Jining Normal University

近年来,随着社会不断进步,经济快速发展,我们的教育已经进入一个大众化的阶段,根据教育部的统计,我国高校毕业生数量逐年增多,大学生面临严峻的就业形势。大学生就业创业难既有社会原因、政策原因,也有大学生自身的原因。解决大学生就业创业难的问题事关大学生的切身利益,更关系到社会的和谐稳定,需要政府、企业、高校和大学生共同的努力。

In the recent years,with the continuous progress of society and rapid economic development,our education has entered a popularization stage.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education,the number of college graduates in China increases year by year,so these students are facing a severe employment situation.It is caused by society,policy of employment and students themselves.Solving the problem of college students'employment is related not only to their vital interests,but also to the harmony and stability of the whole society,which requires the joint efforts by the government,enterprises,colleges and universities and college students.This paper gives a point of view on the employment difficulties and strategies.
