摘要
从生物质原料成分、含水率、粒径、成型压力、温度以及辅助工艺(添加黏结剂、振动辅助压缩、超声波辅助制粒、蒸气爆破预处理和焙烧预处理)等方面,综述了国内外生物质致密成型技术的研究现状,并进行了相应分析。指出应从成型影响因素交互作用的角度出发,探索致密成型机理,进一步改进成型工艺,减小成型能耗,提高成型产品品质。结合国情,提出"因地制宜"发展各地区特色生物质成型技术;通过建立典型生物质原料组分和成型工艺参数数据库的方式加快研究进展和行业发展。
The present research situation of biomass compacting technology at home and abroad was reviewed and analyzed in terms of biomass composition moisture content,particle size,molding pressure,temperature as well as other auxiliary technology(using binder,vibration-assisted compaction,ultrasonic vibration-assisted pelleting,steam explosion pretreatment,torrefaction pretreatment).It was pointed out that the mechanism of densification should be explored from the perspective of the interaction of forming factors in order to further ameliorate the upgrading process,energy consumption reduction and product quality improvement.Combined with national conditions it put forward that to develop regional-characteristic biomass compressing technologies accoeding to the local conditions.It was suggested that the research progress and industry development should be accelerated by establishing the database of typical biomass raw material components and upgrading process parameters.
