马氏珠母贝“海选1号”和对照群体生长性状的比较 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究马氏珠母贝(P.f.martensii)"海选1号"的生长性状。[方法]测定并比较马氏珠母贝(P.f.martensii)"海选1号"养殖品种和对照养殖群体的受精率、孵化率和变态率及不同月龄生长数据。[结果]"海选1号"和对照群体的受精率没有显著性差异(P>0.05),"海选1号"的孵化率和变态率显著高于对照群体(P<0.05);3日龄和5日龄"海选1号"幼虫的存活率和对照组不存在显著性差异(P>0.05);10日龄、15日龄和20日龄"海选1号"幼虫的存活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);3日龄"海选1号"幼虫的壳长和壳高与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);5日、10日龄、15日龄、20日龄"海选1号"幼虫的壳长和壳高均显著大于对照组(P<0.05);40日龄、100日龄、150日龄、250日龄和360日龄"海选1号"稚贝的壳长和壳高均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]马氏珠母贝"海选1号"较对照养殖群体具有较好的生长优势。该研究为马氏珠母贝育种工作和产业应用提供了基础数据。 [Objective]Growth traits of P i n c t a d a faca t a martensii Haixuan No.1were studied.[Method]Fertilization rate,hatching rate,metamorphosis rate and growth traits at different months of Pinctada fucata martensiia Haixuan No.V'and control groups were measured and compared.[Result]There was no significant difference in fertilization rate between a Haixuan No.V'and control groups(P>0.05),but the larval hatching rate and metamorphosis rate of aHaixuan No.V'were significantly higher than that of control groups(P<0.05).At days3and5,no significant differences were found in the larval survival rate between aHaixuan No.V'and control groups,but survival rate of aHaixuan No.V'was significantly higher than that of control groups at days10,15and20(P<0.05).At days3,the larval shell length and shell height did not significantly differ between"Haixuan No.V'and control groups(P>0.05),but shell length and shell height of"Haixuan No.l^showed significantly higher than that of control groups at days5,10,15and20(P<0.05).Similarly,at days40,100,150,250and360,shell length and shell height of aHaixuan No.1J,observed significantly higher than that of control groups(P<0.05).[Conclusion]aHaixuan No.1J,exhibited better growth performance than control groups.This can provide a basis for breeding work and industrial applications of P.f.martensii.
