氨氮胁迫对虎纹蛙血液中部分生理生化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探明氨氮胁迫对虎纹蛙(Hoplobatrachus chinensis)的毒性效应。[方法]采用96 h静态毒性试验法研究了不同浓度和不同暴露时间的氨氮对虎纹蛙血糖(Glu)、高铁血红蛋白(Met Hb)、尿素氮(BUN)和血氨(BA)的影响。[结果]随暴露时间的增加,Glu浓度出现显著的先升后降,并在72 h后达到最大值;Met Hb含量和BUN浓度则随氨氮浓度的增加或者暴露时间的延长而增加;而BA则只在48~72 h的不同暴露时间下具有较大的变化。[结论]为降低氨氮对人工养殖虎纹蛙的影响,需要将养殖水体的氨氮浓度控制在59.46 mg/L以下。 [Objective]In order to understand the toxic effects of ammonia-N stress on blood physiological-biochemical indices of Hoplobatra chus chinensis.[M ethod]96h static toxicity tests in different concentrations and exposure time were used to evaluate the effects of ammonia-N on the concentration of blood glucose(Glu),methemoglobin(MetHb),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood ammonia(B A).[Result]With the exposure time increase,Glu concentration increased first and then decreased and it reached the maximum value at72h treatment;MetHb and BUN showed significant positive correlation with ammonia-N concentration or exposure time under the circumstance of the same exposure time or concentrations.Blood ammonia concentration changed significantly with exposing for48-72h.[Conclusion]It would be better to control the ammonia-N concentration under the safety level(59.46m g/L)to reduce the effect of ammonia-N on breeding H.chinensis.
