摘要
针对油菜垄作播种机播种施肥装置在单个地轮驱动的作业过程中出现传动阻力大、漏种漏肥等问题,同时为实现油菜垄作高产栽培技术中不同时期不同油菜籽播量的作业要求,对湖南农业大学研制的2BYL-4型油菜垄作播种机第一代样机的播种施肥传动系统进行了改进设计,将原来中置的单地轮传动改为两侧双地轮传动,并增设了传动介轴和种肥量调控装置。田间试验表明,双地轮传动播种机的田间试验播种量均值与手测播种量的均值相差不超过2%,双地轮传动播种机的田间排种稳定性比单地轮传动播种机提高了4.64%。
In view of the rape ridge tillage seeder sowing device in a single wheel drive transmission appeared in the process of operation resistance big problems such as leakage,leakage of fat,at the same time in order to achieve high yielding cultivation techniques of rape requirements,different rapeseed planting quantity in different period of development of hunan agricultural university by2BYL-4type of rapeseed ridge tillage seeder sowing the transmission system of the first generation of prototype design improvements,the original single of wheel drive instead of on both sides of the double wheel drive,and add the transmission medium axis and kinds of fertilizer consumption regulation device.The field experiment showed that double wheel drive drill field experiment of seeding rate average differ with hand measure average rate of less than2%,double wheel transmission planter seed in the field of the stability than single wheel transmission seeder increased by4.64%
