非物质文化遗产是以人为本的文化遗产,强调以人为核心的技艺、经验、精神等,其特点是活态流变。由于城市化的发展很多非物质文化遗产失去生存环境因而濒临消亡,因此亟待探索出一种有效的保护非物质文化遗产的方式。分析陕西省蒲城椽头蒸馍技艺的产业化保护模式,探讨非物质文化遗产的产业化保护路径。对保护非物质文化遗产,形成文化遗产规模经济具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。

Intangible cultural heritage is a people-oriented cultural heritage,emphasizing people-centered skills,experience,spirit,etc.,which is characterized by the dynamic evolution.Due to the development of urbanization,many intangible cultural heritages lose their living environment and are on the verge of extinction.Therefore,an effective way to protect the intangible cultural heritage needs to be explored.This article analyzes the industrialization protection mode of Rafters head bread skill in Pucheng,Shaanxi Province,and discusses the industrialized protection path of intangible cultural heritage.It has certain theoretical and practical significance to protect the intangible cultural heritage and form the scale economy of cultural heritage.
