摘要
针对地质灾害的动态发展特性,为破解监测隐患点之外突发比例不断增多的难题,阐述通过深化调查、科学分析、评价区划、监测预警、区域联防、总结审核等系统风险管理措施,推行以区域联防为主,有机结合点防御,最大限度降低灾害损失,展开有益探讨。
Aiming atdynamic characteristics of the development of geological disasters,in order to crack unexpected problems of sudden proportion continuously increase of monitor potential points outside,the paper expounds the system risk management measures through deepening investigation,scientific analysis,evaluation division,monitoring and early warning,regional defense,summary audit and so on,carries on fruitful discussion of regional defense as the main,organic combination of defense to minimize the loss of disaster.
