摘要
建立微波消解、电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定油菜籽中的铅、铬、镉、铜、镍、锌六种重金属含量的方法,六种元素的检出限为0.5~7 ng/g,相关系数均>0.999,相对标准偏差为1.06%~7.38%,回收率保持95.69%~104.0%。方法检出限低、准确度高和重现性好,操作简便,可应用于油菜籽中的六种重金属含量的检测。
Microwave digestion method was established for the determination of six heavy metal elements(Pb、Cr、Cd、Cu、Ni、Zn)in rapeseed by ICP-MS.The detection limit of the six elements was0.5~7ng/g.The proposed calibration curve for each metal element showed a correlation coefficient exceeding0.999.The precision(RSD)of six elements determinations was1.06%~7.38%.The recovery rates for six metal elements were in the range of95.69%~104.0%.The method had good accuracy and reproducibility,and short operation process.It can be established for the determination of six Heavy Metal Elements in rapeseed.
