摘要 为研究煤自燃阻化过程中宏观特性与自由基微观结构的关系,利用煤自燃程序升温实验装置对阻化煤样进行程序升温氧化实验,研究阻化煤样在不同阻化剂及不同条件时的宏观表征参数的变化规律。利用电子顺磁共振波谱仪,研究煤分子共价键断裂时产生自由基的特性。通过对宏观表征参数的微观分析,研究不同煤样宏观特性变化规律及其与微观特征变化之间的对应关系,得出煤自燃阻化宏观表征参数的微观机理解释,即煤氧化的难易程度取决于发生氧化后自由基浓度增加的速率;无机磷化合物阻化机理是使用该阻化剂可延缓阻止煤中部分自由基的活动;阻化过程中无机磷化合物分解产生的自由基与C—H、CO发生反应,其阻化效果的优劣取决于自由基是否能使部分CO被还原。 To study the relationship between macro characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion and microstructure of free radical,the temperature programmed oxidation experiments for the coal sample was carried out using the coal spontaneous combustion temperature programmed experimental device and the change law of macroscopic characterization parameters of coal samples with different inhibitors at different conditions were studied.Electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer was used to study the change of free radical produced by covalent breaking of coal molecule,Based on the microscopic analysis of macroscopic characterization parameters,the relationship between the macro and micro characteristics of different coal sample was studied,the microcosmic mechanism explanation of macroscopic parameters of spontaneous combustion of coal was obtained as following:the difficulty of coal oxidation depends on the increase rate of the free radicals concentration after the oxidation.The mechanism of the resistance of inorganic phosphorus compounds is to use the inhibitor to delay the activities of some free radicals in coal.In the process of resistance,the free radicals produced by the decomposition of inorganic phosphorus compounds react with C-H and CO,the effect of its resistance depends on whether the free radicals make some CO reduction.
