重庆市北碚区农村饮水安全巩固提升工程建设相关问题探讨

Discussion on related problems in construction of rural drinking water safety consolidation improvement project of Chongqing Beibei District

本文针对存在小型供水工程水量水质保障程度不高,管网及附属设施建设不规范,小型供水工程运行管护困难,良性运行机制尚不完善等问题,提出了农村饮水安全巩固提升思路,通过加强供水工程改造与建设、强化水源保护和供水水质保障、健全完善工程良性运行机制和服务保障体制等三大措施,进一步提升农村饮水安全保障程度,巩固农村饮水安全成果。

In the paper,there are following problems that water quantity and water quality guarantee level is low in small water supply projects,construction of pipe network and affiliated facilities is substandard,it is difficult to operate,manage and protect small water supply projects,benign operation mechanism is not perfect,etc.Rural drinking water safety consolidation improvement concepts are proposed.The rural drinking water safety guarantee level is further improved,and the rural drinking water safety results are consolidated through strengthening water supply project transformation and construction,reinforcing water source protection and water supply security,improving and perfecting project sound operation mechanism of project and service support system.
