鄂大麦105是湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所选育出的一个优质、高产、综合抗病(逆)性强的啤酒大麦(Hordeum vulgare L.)新品种。介绍了鄂大麦105的选育过程、主要特征特性和栽培技术要点,为该品种大面积推广提供技术支撑。

Edamai105,a new malting barley(H o rd eu m vulgare L.)variety,is bred by the Institute of Food Crops,H ubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences.It shows stable high yield,excellent quality and comprehensive resistance,so it is of a good prospect of application and extension.In this paper,the process of breeding,characteristics and the major cultivation techniques of Edamai105were provided for its application.
