氨基化凹凸棒土/毒死蜱/海藻酸钠复合微球的制备及缓释性能

摘要 以毒死蜱为模型药物,通过挤压法制备了氨基化凹凸棒土/毒死蜱/海藻酸钠复合微球。利用FTIR和TG对复合微球的结构进行了表征,考察了海藻酸钠用量对复合微球载药性能的影响,并探究了海藻酸纳、离子浓度、温度和pH对复合微球缓释性能的影响。结果表明,KH550已成功接枝于凹凸棒土。当KH550-HATP∶海藻酸钠的质量比为1∶1时,复合微球的载药量最大,为21.0%。此外,载药复合微球的释药行为表现出对离子浓度、温度和pH的响应,释药曲线符合Higuchi动力学模型,其药物释放主要是以Fickian机理进行。 Am ine-modified attapulgite/chlorpyrifos/sodium alginate microspheres were prepared by extrusion dripping method in the presence of chlorpyrifos.The structure of microspheres were characterized by FTIR and TG.The effects of sodium alginate dosage on loading content and the effects of sodium alginatedosage,ionic concentration,temperature and pH on the slow-release performance were investigated.The result showed that KH550had been successfully grafted on attapulgite.W hile the dosage of KH550-HATP and sodium alginate was1*1,the drug losding capatcity of microspheres was the maximal for21.0%.Moreover,microspheres had a good slow-release performance in response to ionic concentration,temperature and pH,the drug releasing ounces could be described by Higuchi equation and Fickian mechanism.
