养殖场子母式人员通道智能消毒管理系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 为了降低畜禽养殖场人员通道的消毒费效比,设计出一种智能消毒管理系统。该系统基于超声波雾化消毒,采用子母式人员通道,人员少时使用子消毒室,缩小消毒空间,人员多时使用母消毒室,提高通行效率;通过门禁单元对通行人员信息实时统计,实现人流高峰与非高峰时段的智能化判别,自主决策控制子母消毒室的工作模式;对消毒液雾充满度实时监测反馈,及时控制雾化消毒机的启停,保持液雾充满度稳定。结果表明,对于12 m^2的消毒通道,在通行人数为8人以下时,该系统对比传统消毒系统可减少消毒液损耗70%以上。该系统实现了消毒费效比的智能优化,降低了消毒成本,满足了畜禽规模化养殖的发展需求,提高了养殖场卫生防疫工作的智能化水平。 To reduce the ROI of disinlection channel for livestock farms,a smart controlling system for disinlection was designed.This design,based on ultrasonic spray disinfection,adopted the prim aiy-secondaiy disinlection channel.The secondaiy disinlection room would run for a small number of staff while the primaiy disinlection room ran for a large number of staff.The fonner cut down the size of the disinfection space and the latter raised the disinfection efficiency.The access control unit counted the number of staff in real tim e,realizing the dynamical identification of peak and off-peak hours and deciding the work pattern of the disinfection channel on its own.Additionally,the filling extent of disinfectant spray was constantly monitored so as to start or stop the spray machine timely for the stability of spray filling.The test result showed that this system,for a disinfection channel of12n r,can reduce the disinfectant consumption by over70%when the number of staff in the channel was no more than8.This design realized the smart optimization of disinfection ROI,reduced the cost of disinfection,met the developing needs of large-scaled livestock and poultiy industiy and improved the intellectualization lever of epidemic prevention for livestock fanning.
