四川省生态循环农业发展研究--以绵阳市为例 被引量:3

摘要 生态循环农业是运用循环经济理论、生态工程学方法,以节约能源资源、保护生态环境、促进农业可持续发展为目标,通过有效保护和合理利用资源环境,推行集约节约使用投入品和清洁化生产,促进废弃物综合利用,强化农产品质量安全监管,实现经济、社会、生态效益同步提高的一种现代农业形态,是加快农业发展方式转变的关键。当前,许多地区都在大力发展生态循环农业,并获得了一定的成果。以绵阳市发展生态循环农业为例,借鉴其优秀的成功经验,对当前存在的问题进行分析并提出解决对策,以期给其他地区提供可借鉴可复制的生态循环农业发展模式,促进四川省的生态循环农业良性发展。 The ecological cycle of agriculture is using the theory of circular economy,ecological engineering m ethods,in order to save energy resources and protect the ecological environment and promote agricultural sustainable development as the goal,through the effective protection and rational utilization of resources and environment,the implementation of intensive use of inputs and clean production,promote the comprehensive utilization of waste,strengthen the agricultural product quality and safety supervision,to achieve a modem agriculture form economic,social and ecological benefits to improve synchronization,is an important driving force for accelerating transformation of the mode of agricultural development.At present,many regions are vigorously developing ecological recycling agriculture,and has achieved certain results.With the development of ecological agriculture in Mianyang city as an example,the successful experience of outstanding,analyzes the existing problems and puts fom ard the countenneasures,in order to provide other areas of ecological cycle agricultural development reference model can be copied,and promote the healthy development of ecological agriculture in Sichuan province.
