流化床膜反应器用于氯化亚铜合成二甲基二氯硅烷 被引量:2

Synthesis of dimethyldichlorosilane catalyzed by CuCl with fluidized bed membrane reactor

摘要 有机硅单体是有机硅工业的支柱,通常采用Rochow反应合成。在流化床膜反应器内考察CuCl催化剂形貌、反应温度、Si粉粒径及气体流化速度对Rochow反应的影响。结果表明,CuCl形貌对其催化性能影响不大;随着反应温度的降低,二甲基二氯硅烷(DMDC)选择性逐渐升高,优化后的反应温度为300℃,对应的DMDC选择性高达90%;当气速为1.1Umf,dmm/s(Umf,d为平均粒径为dμm的Si粉的临界流化速度),随着Si粉粒径的降低,DMDC选择性及Si粉转化率明显降低;相同气速下Si粉粒径的降低及相同Si粉粒径下气速的升高均会导致Si粉转化率下降,且操作气速为15.6 mm/s、Si粉粒径为200μm时,对应的DMDC选择性高达90%。 Organic silicon monomer is the pillar of organic silicon industry,which is directly synthesized by Rochow reaction.A fluidized bed membrane reactor was applied to investigate effects of CuCl morphology,reaction temperature,particle size and gas velocity on the Rochow reaction.Results indicated that CuCl morphology had less effects on the Rochow reaction.The dimethyldichlorosilane(DMDC)selectivity increased with the decrease of reaction temperature,and the optimized reaction temperature was300℃and the DMDC selectivity could be promoted to90%.The amount of CuCl carried out with gas from the fluidized bed decreased with the decrease of Si particle size when the gas velocity was at1.1Umf,dmm/s(Umf,d is the minimum fluidized velocity of Si particle whose size is dμm),but both the DMDC selectivity and Si conversion sharply decreased.Both the decrease of Si particle size at the same gas velocity and the increase of gas velocity at the same Si particle size would lead to the decrease of Si conversion.The DMDC selectivity was90%when the gas velocity was15.6mm/s and Si particle size was200μm.
