穴位敷贴联合缩唇呼吸对中老年轻、中度COPD患者肺功能的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Pursed Lips Breathing on the Pulmonary Function of Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients with Mild-Moderate COPD

目的探讨穴位敷贴联合缩唇呼吸对中老年轻、中度COPD患者肺功能的影响,并探讨其临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月~2016年6月就诊于我院呼吸内科的轻、中度中老年COPD患者90例为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组及对照组,每组45例。对照组进行内科常规治疗及缩唇呼吸,实验组在対照组基础上加用穴位敷贴治疗。对两组患者治疗前、治疗后第3个月和第6个月进行肺功能[主要指标为第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1/FVC)和用力肺活量(FVC)]的测定,并比较患者治疗3个月和6个月后临床疗效,采用圣-乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评估治疗前后患者生活质量。结果治疗前两组患者的肺功能(FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FVC)和SGRQ各项评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后第3个月和第6个月肺功能均有改善,且实验组改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后第3个月实验组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.6%和73.3%,第6个月总有效率为97.8%和89.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论穴位敷贴治疗联合缩唇呼吸可明显改善中老年轻、中度COPD患者的肺功能,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with pursed lips breathing on the pulmonary function of middle-aged and elderly patients with mild-moderate COPD.Methods90cases of middle-aged and elderly patients with mild-moderate COPD were selected in our hospital from December2014to June2016,and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,45cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and pursed lips breathing,and the experimental group was additionally given acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The lung function(FEV1,FEV1and FVC)in the two groups was tested at before treatment,after treatment for3months and6months,and the clinical effects were compared at treament for3months and6months.The quality of life of patients before and after treatment was evaluated by St Georges respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ).Results There were no significant differences in the two groups on FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FVC before the treatment(P>0.05),while at the1st and3rd month after the treatment,those indexes were improved and they were significantly better in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate at the3rd month was95.6%and73.3%in the experimental group and the control group,respectivrly,and total effective rate at6th month was for97.8%and89.9%,respectively,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with pursed lips breathing can improve the pulmonary function of middle-aged and elderly patients with mild-moderate COPD,with good clinical effect.
