摘要
针对目前煤矿巷道掘进过程中掘进与永久支护工作交替穿插且速度不平衡而导致影响掘进机工作效率的这一现状,设计了一种用于巷道掘进临时支护的液压支架组。该支架组由多个支架单元组成,以龙门式结构跨骑于巷道内的设备上,通过单轨吊运输实现各支架单元自后向前随掘进机循环前进,实现掘进与临时支护平行作业,将掘进工作与永久支护工作分离,以此提高巷道掘进的效率与安全性。
To the problems that working efficient of tunneler influenced by tunneling and permanent supporting cross impact and unbalance speed during roadway driving in coal mine,then hydraulic support group was designed for roadway driving temporary supporting The support group was composed by many support elements,it appeared as gantry structure layout on equipment of roadway,and every support element move forward with tunneler forward according monorail system transportation,parallel working of tunneling and temporarily were realized,and driving and perpetual support would be separated,so efficiency and safety of roadway driving could be improved
