冲击地压矿井深部软岩破碎巷道注浆加固技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决冲击地压矿井深部破碎软岩巷道大变形问题,针对义马矿区常村煤矿西翼辅助运料斜巷复杂工程环境,分析了巷道破坏特征,揭示了巷道变形破坏机制,指出高原岩应力、多次采动、围岩承载力差、频繁微震事件、围岩锚固性能差综合因素作用下造成巷道破坏失稳。提出该类巷道控制对策,采用全断面注浆及强力注浆锚索加固系统,确定注浆加固方案、参数和工艺,利用矿压观测和全景窥视围岩内部状况检验加固效果。工业性试验结果表明方案能够有效控制围岩变形,巷道断面收缩率降低70%,维护成本降低35%。 In order to solve large deformation of soft rock and broken roadway in deep of rock burst coal mine,to complex engineering environment of auxiliary transportation inclined roadway of Changcun coal mine in Yima coal mine district,and roadway failure characters were analyzed,roadway deformation failure mechanism was revealed,roadway failure was induced by some synthesis factors,such as high in situ stress,repeatedly mining,low surrounding rock bearing capacity,frequently micro seismic accidents and low anchoring of surrounding rock and so on,then controlling countermeasures of similar roadway were put forward,reinforcement system of sectional grouting and strengthen grouting cables was applied,then grouting reinforcement scheme,parameters and technology were determined,and reinforcement results was verified by mini pressure observation and peeping The industrial test showed that surrounding rock deformation could be controlled effectively,and roadway section shrinking percentage decreased by70%,maintenance cost decreased about35%
