井筒落地马头门围岩异化破坏机理分析及注浆综合加固 被引量:4

摘要 煤矿井筒落地层位不当,岩性异化非均匀变形,造成围岩变形破坏严重,以山西潞安漳村煤矿邕子风井马头门为例,在地质力学参数测试的基础上,对井筒不同落地层位及支护情况下,马头门围岩变形及塑性区分布情况进行了数值模拟分析,得出了井筒落地层位选择及支护强度是影响马头门变形失稳的主要因素。采用水泥注浆配合注浆锚索支护的方法,对马头门及井筒区域进行综合加固。结果表明:注浆后围岩结构完整,巷道的变形量仅为10mm左右,注浆锚索受力稳定,加固效果明显。 Surrounding rock broken seriously as the improper final horizon of shaft,rock dissimilation and heterogeneous deformation,it taking ingate of Yongzi ventilation shaft of Zhangcun coal mine in Lu’an coal district of Shanxi province,based on in situ stress testing,and then surrounding rock deformation and plastic zone distribution of ingate were simulated under different final horizontal and supporting condition,it concluded that final position of shaft and supporting intensity were the main factors that induced ingate deformation and broken Then synthesis method that cement grouting and supporting with grouting cables were applied,the results showed that the structural of surrounding rock was integrity,roadway convergence was only about10mm,and grouting cables stress was stability,reinforcement effect was remarkable
