采空区高掺量粉煤灰水泥注浆流场分布规律研究 被引量:4

摘要 以实验室相似模拟试验和理论分析为主要研究手段,对采空区的二次失稳致因与注浆流场分布规律进行了系统的分析与研究。研究结果表明:采用确定的配比制得的注浆浆液基本符合宾汉姆流体标准;垮落带破裂岩体的"二次失稳"特征是在外部荷载作用下的压密和位移;断裂带岩体的"二次失稳"特征主要是岩块结构失稳和离层空间的闭合;弯曲带岩体的"二次失稳"特征表现为在上覆压应力和外部荷载作用下的离层裂缝压密;垮落带和断裂带是导致覆岩二次移动、采空区结构二次失稳的主要根源;采空区垮落区范围内的注浆渗流迹线分布呈现"脊椎式";堆积区范围内的注浆渗流迹线分布呈现"絮网式";根据对浆液流动迹线的分析,提出了2种注浆引起的固相颗粒扩散的理论模型。 It taking laboratory similar simulation test and theoretical analysis as the main research methods,grouting fluid distribution law and secondary instability of gob were studied systematic The results showed that the cement slurry that prepared by certainly ratio was Bingham fluid,the characters of‘secondary instability’of broken strata of collapse zone was compaction and deformation under externally loading,the characters of broken zone strata was strata blocks instability and layer separation closed,and the characters of curve subsidence zone was bed separation compaction under overlying strata pressure and externally loading,collapse zone and broken zone were the main reasons that induced secondary movement of overlying strata and secondary instability of gob area,the grouting seepage line within gob collapse scope appeared as‘herringbone’type,seepage line appeared as‘flocculation net’type,according different seepage line type,then2kinds of solid particle dispersion model that induced by grouting were put forward
