基于载波层叠的五电平调制与飞跨电容控制研究

Study on five-level modulation and flying capacitor control based on phase disposition

为实现对五电平有源中点钳位(active neutral-point-clamped,ANPC)逆变器的有效控制,在分析了逆变器的输出特性与开关状态的基础上,提出一种基于载波层叠的五电平调制策略,具有较小的开关损耗且总谐波畸变(total harmonic distortion,THD)性能良好。为解决飞跨电容电压不平衡问题,提出了五电平的飞跨电容电压平衡控制方法,并给出本方法运用在所提调制策略中的所有开关切换方式,该方法思想简单,便于工程应用。仿真和实验结果验证了该调制策略与飞跨电容控制方法的有效性与正确性。

In order to control the five level ANPC inverter effectively,a five level phase disposition modulation strategy is proposed on the basis of analysis for the output characteristic and switching states of a five level ANPC inverter,which has less switching losses and good THD performance.In order to solve the flying capacitor voltage imbalance problem of five level ANPC inverter,a voltage control method of the flying capacitor balancing is proposed.In addition,all switching modes used in the proposed modulation strategy are given.This method control method is simple and convenient for engineering application.The simulation and experiment results verify the effectiveness and correctness of the modulation strategy and the voltage control method of the flying capacitor.
