摘要
为开发防治茎瘤芥霜霉病的新型植物源农药,采用冷浸法乙醇提取大叶桉、楝树、蒿子、柳蒿、臭草根、香樟、夜来香和野酥麻8种常见药用植物的抑菌活性物质,测定8种植物乙醇提取物对茎瘤芥霜霉病孢子萌发的抑制效果。结果表明:供试的8种药用植物乙醇提取物对茎瘤芥霜霉病的孢子萌发均有明显抑制作用,以大叶桉的抑制作用最好,其次是夜来香和野酥麻,在10mg/mL浓度下抑制率分别为70.85%、70.60%和69.45%。
The antibacterial activity substances were extracted from eight common medicinal plants of Eucalyptus robusta,Melia azedarach,Artemisia carvifolia,Artemisia integrifolia,Sambucus chinensis,Cinnamomum camphora,Telosma cordata and Elsholtzia ciliata by the ethanol cold infusion method and the inhibition effect of eight ethanol extracts on spore germination of downy mildew is determined to provide a reference for development and utilization of new botanical pesticides to control down mildew of B.juncea var.Tumida.Results:Eight ethanol extracts all have a significant inhibition effect on spore germination of downy mildew of B.juncea var.Tumida.The inhibition rate of E.robusta,T.cordata and E.ciliata with10mg/mL concentration can reach70.85%,70.60%and69.45%respectively.
