益气活血汤对气虚血瘀型心衰患者中医证候及生活质量的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on TCM syndrome and quality of life in patients with heart failure due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis

目的:探讨益气活血汤对气虚血瘀型心衰患者中医证候及生活质量的影响。方法:将100例气虚血瘀证慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气活血汤,疗程为4周;观察比较两组患者治疗前后中医症候及生活质量的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率比对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组与治疗组患者治疗后中医证候积分及生活质量评分均比治疗前低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者中医证候积分及生活质量评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规西药治疗与常规西药加用益气活血汤治疗CHF都具有良好效果,但联合治疗对CHF患者临床疗效及对其中医证候与生活质量改善方面明显优于常规西药治疗。

Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on TCM syndromes and quality of life in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:100patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction.The changes of TCM symptoms and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and quality of life score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine treatment and conventional western medicine plus Yiqi Huoxue Decoction have good effect in treating CHF,but the combination therapy is superior to conventional western medicine in improving the clinical curative effect and the improvement of TCM syndromes and quality of life.
