参芪归藤汤辅助康复训练对肺癌化疗患者康复效果的影响

The effect of Shenqi Guiteng Soup integrated with rehabilitation training on lung cancer patients during chemotherapy

目的:探讨参芪归藤汤辅助康复训练对肺癌化疗患者康复效果的影响。方法:将266例肺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组各133例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用参芪归藤汤辅助康复训练进行干预,比较两组患者干预后肺功能、免疫功能以及住院时间的差异。结果:采用参芪归藤汤辅助康复训练治疗后,观察组患者的肺活量及潮气量高于对照组,肺部感染发生率低于对照组,观察组患者体液IgA、IgG、IgM浓度均高于对照组,住院时间由(26.2±3.7)d降低至(19.5±2.6)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪归藤汤辅助康复训练应用于肺癌化疗患者能有效改善患者肺功能,提高患者免疫力,缩短住院时间,临床应用效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenqi Guiteng Soup integrated with rehabilitation training on lung cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods:266lung cancer patients during chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group used conventional nursing,and experimental group adopted Shenqi Guiteng Soup integrated with rehabilitation training.Then we compared the differences of pulmonary function,immunity and hospital stays.Results:After the implementation of Shenqi Guiteng Soup integrated with rehabilitation training,the lung capacity and tidal volume was increased,lung infection rate was decreased.The concentration of IgA,IgG and IgM were increased,hospital stays was decreased from26.2±3.7to19.5±2.6.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Guiteng Soup integrated with rehabilitation training can significantly improve pulmonary function,increase immunity,decrease hospital stays.
