超微肝胃百合汤、消痈溃得康颗粒联合常规治疗对肝胃气滞型胃溃疡患者的疗效研究

Effects of ultrafine Ganwei Baihe,Kuidekang particles combination with normal therapy treated with the patients with gastric ulcer of gastric ulcer stagnated qi in the liver and stomach

目的:研究分析超微肝胃百合汤、消痈溃得康颗粒联合常规治疗胃溃疡肝胃气滞的临床效果。方法:选取肝胃气滞型胃溃疡患者84例,按照随机单盲法分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用超微肝胃百合汤、消痈溃得康颗粒治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-1和TNF水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者HP转阴率88.10%,较对照组69.05%明显提高,观察组患者不良反应发生率、疾病复发率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超微肝胃百合汤、消痈溃得康颗粒联合常规治疗胃溃疡患者,有利于减少炎症反应,促使HP转阴,提高治疗有效率,不良反应少,复发率低,疗效安全显著。

Objective:To analysis the clinical effects of ultrafine Ganwei Baihe,Kuidekang particles combination with normal therapy on the patients with gastric ulcer of gastric ulcer.Methods:84patients with gastric ulcer of gastric ulcer were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly and42patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with normal therapy while the patients in the observation group were treated with normal therapy plus Ganwei Baihe and Kuidekang particles.Results:The total efficacy rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The IL1level and TNF level of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than these in the control group(P<0.05).On the other hand,HP overcast rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The adverse reactions and the rate of relapse of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrafine Ganwei Baihe,Kuidekang particles combination with normal therapy treated with the patients with gastric ulcer of gastric ulcer could reduce the inflammatory response,promote the HP overcast;improve the efficacy rate,reduce the adverse reactions and the rate of relapse.
